  • Payment/reference information: the bank transfer reference number and a receipt/proof-of-payment image you upload. We do not collect card numbers, CVV codes, or online banking credentials — payment is made directly via bank transfer, outside this website.
  • Shirt/order information: shirt size selected as part of registration.
  • Attendance/QR information: a unique registration ID (shown as a QR code) and attendance timestamps recorded when a coach scans a child in at training.
  • Photos and videos: where you have given photo/video consent during registration, we may take photos or videos of your child during Titan Sports Global activities.

3. Why We Collect This Information

We collect this information to:

  • Register your child for a program and manage their participation.
  • Communicate with you about registration, payments, and program updates.
  • Keep your child safe, including having emergency contact and relevant medical information on hand during sessions.
  • Confirm and record payments made by bank transfer.
  • Track attendance at training sessions.
  • With your consent, use photos/videos for Titan Sports Global promotional and social media purposes.

We use your information only for the purposes described above, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We do not sell your personal information.
