Please read these terms carefully before registering with Titan Sports Global.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to registering a child with Titan Sports Global, based at Pop Up Park, Wentworth Point, Sydney, NSW.

1. Website Use

This website is provided to give information about Titan Sports Global's programs, team, and to allow parents/guardians to register a child and manage payments. You agree to use this website only for these intended purposes.

2. Registration

Registration is completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child. By submitting a registration, you confirm that the information provided (child details, parent/guardian details, emergency contact, and any medical information) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

As the registering parent/guardian, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date registration and emergency contact information.
  • Informing us of any relevant medical information that may affect your child's safe participation.
  • Ensuring your child arrives and is collected safely from training, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Making payments as described below.

4. Program Participation

Programs currently offered are Football U8, Football U12, Girls Football U14, and Basketball, at Pop Up Park, Wentworth Point. Program days, times, and age ranges are as published on the Programs page of this website.

5. Registration Fee and First Payment

The first registration payment consists of:

  • Registration fee: $150 AUD
  • Mandatory Titan Football Shirt: $25 AUD
  • Total first payment: $175 AUD

This first payment is made as a single bank transfer, covering both the registration fee and the mandatory shirt together — the shirt is not a separate purchase or payment.

6. Mandatory Football Shirt

The Titan Sports Global Football Shirt is mandatory with every first registration, at a price of $25 AUD, included in the total first payment above. Available sizes are 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14. A shirt size must be selected to complete registration.

7. Monthly Payments

Ongoing monthly payments are separate from the first registration payment described above, and do not include the $150 registration fee or the $25 shirt again. Monthly payments are made by bank transfer using your child's Registration ID, and become available once your first payment has been confirmed by Admin.

8. Bank Transfer Payments

All payments (first payment and monthly payments) are made by bank transfer. We do not collect credit card numbers, CVV codes, or online banking credentials through this website. After transferring payment, you provide a payment reference and upload a receipt/proof of payment, which is then reviewed and confirmed by Admin.

9. Attendance

Once your child's first payment is confirmed, a QR code linked to their Registration ID is activated. This QR code may be scanned by a coach at training to record attendance. It is not sent to parents and does not contain personal information beyond the Registration ID.

10. Photos and Videos

During registration, parents/guardians are asked to agree to the following consent: "I give Titan Sports Global permission to photograph or record my child during Titan Sports Global activities and use the photos/videos for Titan Sports Global promotional and social media purposes."

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Late Payments
